Our virtual program is taught once a week for 6 consecutive weeks via ZOOM.
The virtual SIY program doesn’t just replace the in-person version. It’s an experience unto itself.
Designed for adult learners, this live virtual course combines video calls and independent learning assignments that prepare you to integrate new tools and discoveries into your everyday life, right away. When we deliver this program over a 6-week timeframe, participants are able to practice in-between classes. This really ignites success and allows participants to ask questions and receive pointers about their practice.
You’ll meet our teaching team and your classmates, and work together with full video, audio and interactive functionality, including group and 1:1 chats, breakout room conversations as well as interactive polling.

Priscilla has been practicing Mindfulness for 15+ years.
Mary Ellen Sanajko
Mary Ellen has all the credentials! In addition to her MBA, she is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) as well as certified in Organizational & Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC). She has been studying and practicing mindfulness for more than 15 years.
Mary Ellen is the founder of Conduit Coaching in Vancouver.
John Windisman
In addition to his bachelor of science degree from the prestigious University of Waterloo, John also has his Applied Mindfulness Meditation Certification from the University of Toronto. He is passionate about bringing Mindfulness into organizations in order to create a workplace that thrives. He has been practicing Mindfulness for more than 15 years.
